Yerevan Card gives its customers an opportunity to purchase its cards through offline and online channels.
1. Online Purchase
1.1 Online purchase without delivery
As soon as you purchase your card online, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail (with your voucher and QR code). During the purchase you need to choose the pickup point and after your arrival you need to show your voucher (digital or hard copy) to the operator for getting your card.
1.2 Online purchase with delivery
We can deliver the card to any location in Yerevan and hand it to you personally. The service is free of charge. Please mention the address of your hotel, contact phone number, delivery date, time, name and surname of the person under whose name the room is booked (in case of hotel or hostel) in special section of purchase form. In case of any enquiries, you can send us an e-mail with any additional information by mentioning the voucher code in the title line.
In case of online purchase, the payment methods are PayPal, Visa, Master and ArCa cards.
1.3 Online reservation without delivery
In case of online reservation (booking does not require completing the information of your credit card) you will receive an e-mail with your reservation code. During the purchase you need to choose the pickup point and after your arrival you need to show your voucher (digital or hard copy) to the operator for receiving your card.
1.4 Online reservation with delivery
In case of online reservation (booking does not require to complete the data of your card) you will receive an e-mail with your reservation code. The card can be delivered to any hotel, apartment or hostel located in Yerevan. The courier will deliver the card and will hand it to you after you make the payment (by cash or through debit/credit card). Delivery is free of charge. If required, you can send us an e-mail with any additional information by mentioning the voucher code in the title line.
2. Offline purchase from Yerevan Card`s sales points
Yerevan cards are available for sale at our offices, partner organizations (museums and other venues). The list of sales points and addresses is presented in our official website. Payments can be done by cash or with credit card. In the Republic of Armenia sales are carried out only in AMD. You may return it within 30 days after your purchase date.
The operator may cancel the order if,
Refund is possible only when the returned package is full and unused and the card is not activated. Upon cancelation of Yerevan Card the company refunds money in cash or via online bank transfer according to the used purchase method.
If during the online purchase some issues arise because of Operator (or the system) the paid amount will be returned immediately. The Operator shall notify the Customer about Order cancellation within 24 hours, by sending an e-mail to the address specified during Order completion, and shall perform refund during 30 banking days.
If you have lost or damaged your card, but you haven’t activated it yet, you can get a new one at our customer support office or you can get 100% refund if you return all other components (unused) of the package.
The company will not refund money if partner organization was closed on the day the tourist wanted to visit it.
The duration of banking transfer depends on customer’s location and bank. The company is not responsible for further banking transaction costs and/or costs for returning the package. The refund process is regulated according to RA legislation.
The online booking can also be canceled. You need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days after your booking date by mentioning the full name, cancellation reason and the voucher code. Refund process will start upon receiving your request.
